We will NEVER shop at another big box store again and will continue to send our business to Distinctive whenever possible.Terri B., our salesperson, was a pleasure to work with - not only did she reply to our request for more information about a refrigerator immediately, she was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, helpful and let us know without delay when our item was available for delivery. She made recommendations on additional products that we were interested in without overselling us on a product that we didn't want to afford and actually LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED AND MADE EDUCATED RECCOMENDATIONS ON PRODUCTS THAT ACTUALLY WORKED FOR US!!! SHOCKING!It's so nice to know that a place like Distinctive exists in a time when other places hire individuals who not only know NOTHING about their product lines, but barely take the time to look up from their phones to answer a question about their products to help their customers. I love feeling less important than Candy Crush and TikTok especially when I'm getting ready to drop about $4000 - 5000.00. Awesome.Again, we will NEVER shop anywhere else EVER again.Can Distinctive start selling furniture, cars, lawn mowers, TV's and Stereos as well? We had a GREAT experience at Distinctive Kitchens. Bought a new Refrigerator an Cooktop (Dacor) and Dishwasher (Miele). Even with supply chain issues they made it happen. The installation team was amazing. Had all three in and the old stuff out within 3 hours. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

They are knowledgeable about brands and their plusses and minuses in a market that is continually changing. They stand behind their commitment to customer support during and after the sale and when you eventually need service point you toward excellent repair people. I had a great experience recently and highly recommend working with these folks. First, I came into the showroom just before closing for an appliance but the warehouse part of the store where the item was located was closed. I thought I was out of luck but Terri immediately contacted the warehouse manager, who had left for the day, and he came back to the warehouse to retrieve and load the item into my truck. Wow! Second, after installing my new microwave, it was discovered that the round glass turntable was missing from the box. Not only did Stephen provide a question-free replacement, he delivered it himself directly to the house. You really need to work with these good people!

The mark of a quality seller is how they handle things when there's a problem. We purchased a Jenn-air slide-in range from Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World. When it arrived the installer immediately realized that the dimensions would make it protrude in a way to block access to kitchen drawers. I called Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World and they could not have been nicer about accepting a return with no expense to me even though I'm sure they must have had to absorb the cost of the installer coming out to my property. This is a first-class operation. Great products, great variety, super service before and after sales AND they come through when things go wrong. I'd recommend them to anyone shopping for an appliance.

I just want to pause to thank Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance for saving the day by delivering a dreamy professional-grade range in time for the completion of our full kitchen renovation. We had been jerked around by Wayfair and Appliance Connection - our "dream" oven delivery date kept getting pushed back and pushed back. Distinctive Kitchen helped us find the right fit for our family and delivered within a few weeks - not months - and we absolutely love the oven. Excellent customer service. Don't go with the "big box" Internet sites - trust these folks with your appliance purchases!

Terri was awesome. The ongoing shortages of appliances has been miserable. Distinctive Kitchens was not only able to get me a better price for our new slide in range. But they were able to check the delivery pipeline and provide hard details on when to expect the range. The time moved around a LOT but Terri was glad to keep tabs on it for us. The range actually arrived earlier than expected - in time for installation in our kitchen remodel.I called Terri back when it was time to make a decision on range hoods, and she made some great recommendations.You are also going to get a better price on extended warranties through Distinctive Kitchens - we purchased one for our Range.

Had a great experience with distinctive kitchen. Our dishwasher pump died and we were having trouble finding a new dishwasher. We wanted to replace our builder grade Maytag with a Miele but had a lot of trouble finding one as appliance are hard to come by right now. Ashley was super helpful both over the phone in letting us know which models they had in stock before we came out there and then in person showing us the features. Install was super fast (less than a week). The installer (who manages the showroom) showed us how the new washer worked and made sure we were all set and ready to go... all questions answered... before he left. Overall, highly recommend. I will definitely look back to them the next time we need an appliance (although I hope that wont be soon b/c I dont want another appliance dying anytime in the near future).

This was my second appliance (stove,refrigerator) purchase in 3 months. Service was excellent, went out of their way to deliver fridge earlier since the old one completely died. Sales was great, knew products and what was available in warehouse. This is the place to go if you need an appliance soon.

Our dishwasher had died & my 93 & 90 yr old parents were in a dither! Did online shopping, looking at the big box stores & Distinctive Kitchen. Big boxes couldn't deliver for 3 to 4 wks! I chatted with Terri about different GE models they had in stock & she was very, very helpful! The big plus was the dishwasher could be installed in 2 days! Staff provided good service in challenging times. Ordered a freezer in April 2020. Staff was very candid about expectations and timelines, which I appreciated. They kept me updated over the months as we waited for freezers to be delivered, and they offered to refund my deposit. When a smaller unit was available in October, staff offered it to me and I took it. I thought they were flexible and friendly in a tough period.
