The Stainless steel griddle cover for use on the gas rangetops with an 18 inch W. thermostatically controlled steel griddle/simmer plate. Note: This item does not fit the Portable Griddle. Note: For use with Classic rangetops only; does not fit Custom rangetops.
The stainless steel cover with handle is for use with 42 inch W. gas rangetops with an 18 inch W. thermostatically controlled steel griddle/simmer plate. It Does not have to be removed when operating adjacent surface burners (this prevents spillage into the griddle area when using the burners).
- Stainless steel cover with Viking Professional handle
- For use with VGRT4214G - 42" wide rangetop with 4 burners and an 18" wide griddle ONLY; will not fit any other Viking ranges or rangetops
- SCG18CC is 18" wide left to right and 24" deep front to back
