We bought our JennAir in July and were very happy to start with. Then, all of the sudden, the freezer is over-freezing all the food and ice and frost are building up in the freezer food area. We have not changes any of the settings that were set by the people who set up the freezer. We are very frustrated.

I really like that we do not have a water or ice dispenser in the door. Lines are much cleaner and there is more room in the box. The ice maker and holder are large and work very well.
If I had it to do over, I would get a fourth drawer sliding deli drawer. The inside deli drawer requires you to open both French doors in order to slide out the Deli drawer. Very inconvenient. Service person states that we must always close left door first before closing right door or gasket will wear out prematurely. Maybe the gasket needs to be stronger.

We bought this Refrigerator just over 7 months ago and the water spout has dripped since the product was installed. Last week we changed the water filter as the materials said change it every 6 months even though the change filter light never came on. It leaked so much we had to cap the filter off and make a service call. The Tech replaced the unit the filter attached to and watched for 20 or so minutes then pronounced it fixed. Next morning there were water drops around the filter and on the back interior wall of the unit. We called the dealer on 08/26/19 to arrange for another service call with a different, hopefully more experienced service company and not yet heard back.
We did a lot of research before selecting JennAir Range, Refrigerator, Oven and dishwasher and are totally appalled at the quality of the range and refrigerator. JennAir is supposed to be the Cadillac of the appliance industry but our experience has been quite to the contrary. By the way we have already had to make 4 service calls on the range.
The changing of the water filter should not result in leaks. The water spout should not drip and yes if we hold the glass under the spout for 10-15 seconds we can catch the drip but no one we know has ever had to do that.
It seems to me that if you spent half the money on product quality as you did on the glitzy, obnoxious, semi functional web site you would still be the Cadillac of the appliance industry.
P.S. It is pretty sad that you require users to disable web security functions to voice their opinions of your products. Another strike against JennAir.
Although i am still waiting for the resolution of our refrigerator issue ( and concerned about problems arising on our other JennAir products) i am at this point a very dissatisfied customer.

I bought our new fridge last month and it has been a true experience getting use to it. I love having the fridge on top and it has been a little trying getting use to a freezer drawer. I wish the shelves would reach all the way to the rear. The temperature is great and for the first time in a long time my milk stays ice cold and has no after taste.

I've owned these Jenn-Air appliances for about 6 months now. I was always told that's they were a superior brand and great quality. Not too sure about that. I Love the looks and the setup of the fridge but the quality is not what I expected. My main problem is that it noisy when running. It's has what sounds like a motor running most of the time and When the ice maker fills, its noisier than my old Kenmore it replaced.

Ice maker in door failed twice in first refrigerator we had- exchanged that one for fridge with interior ice bin. Damper motor on second one failed and had to be replaced. You need to check your warranty claims, not rely on surveys.

We purchased the counter-depth refrigerator and are very glad we did. It fits nicely in the kitchen and has more than enough space inside. The shelves, in the main part and on the door, adjust easily to whatever arrangement works best. The door shelves are deep enough to fit gallon jugs. I love that the water and ice are inside and not on the door, which makes the unit look so much nicer on the outside. Temperature controls are easy to use. Unit is quiet when running, and even the doors are pretty quiet when closing. My only complaints are that you have to open both doors in order to open either of the crisper drawers, and the crisper drawers are a little small-hard to get a whole head of celery to fit, and when it does, it pretty much fills up the whole drawer. Maybe just one big cripser drawer?

We have had this fridge for two weeks. It offers much more storage space than the 69' one. The fit is perfect and to the on-looker, the appearance is very nice. Obviously a counter-depth refrigerator will never offer as much storage as a traditional free-standing fridge. This refrigerator is good for a couple but would never hold enough for a family. We purchased the European-handle option. The design of these handles is excellent. I find no one needs to touch the fridge so we have few of the annoying fingerprints most complain about with a stainless steel appliance.

We really like our Jenn Air counter depth fridge. It has a good layout inside and we love having the water dispenser on the inside, although it can be a little 'drippy' after dispensing water. But easily fixed by just keeping the glass under for an extra second. The doors have a ton of shelves and I like that they are clear so I can keep track on those smaller jars inside of them. This drive does easily show fingerprints but then again, so does all true stainless. It is easy to wipe down and clean.

I have had my new fridge for about a month and love it! It is spacious and has a great layout. The doors have deep bins which can hold a gallon of milk easily. The inside water spout keeps the outside looking sleek and modern.

Along with Jennairs oven, microwave/speed cook oven and warming drawer these have to be the best looking combo on the market. The refrigerator controls are very easy to use and to control the temperature in the freezer as well as the refregerator.

We have always had the ice and water dispense on the outside fridge door and it always made such a mess and looked ugly. This is much better with the inside water dispenser. It's easy to use and doesn't make a mess.
The only thing I don't like is the doors don't seem to close very well, you need to close the right one first otherwise the left one bumps.

I had a Jenn Air fridge in my previous home for 20 years without an issue and hands down knew it would be my choice for my new home. This new model has a sleek appearance, the interior is brightly lit with LEDs , thoughtful touches like bottle storage and the freezer drawer has multiple shelves not a deep bin like other models where food just gets buried.

Previously had a similar kitchen aid which I liked much better. Had trouble with doors not closing , after 3 months they finally replaced the fridge. Layout is not great, produce drawers are too small and produce not in drawer tends to freeze and damage. I do like the freezer on the bottom and ice tray. Guess this drive was not intended for those on a plant based diet.

I purchased an entire kitchen of Jenn-Air for my new home and I couldn't be happier! Not enough space to describe each of the products, but, the induction cooktop will have to be our favorite. Or maybe it is the super quiet dishwasher. Or, the perfect refrigerator! Again, we are both totally satisfied and thrilled with our purchase. We argued for a while about spending a "little" more for Jenn-Air, but once we had them installed and used them just once, we know we made the right choice.

I'm very happy with my refrigerator. It so easy to find everything and organize it the way I want. Having the freezer on the bottom works better for me than a top freezer. It makes finding things in the refrigerator so much easier. Probably the only thing I'd change would be to add a third produce drawer because I always have more veggies and fruits than I have room for. This is a replacement for the Jenn-Air counter depth that I had previously.

i was lead to believe that the doors could open and close in any order...this isn't completely true. they can open left of right first but it is optimal to close them left then right. if you close them right then left you then need to reconfirm that they are closed and that they closed at all. an awkward scenario. i should have bought either a side by side or a single door on top with a freezer on the bottom

So far this product is performing as stated. Not as quiet as expected but ok. Shelves do not go all the way back to the back wall thus items fall between shelves. Temperature control very good. Looking forward to many years of good performance from this refrigerator.

We chose this refrigerator for a vacation home because it met several needs; i.e., counter depth with a larger capacity, no beverage or ice service on the outside of the refrigerator because previous ones were always getting broken by unfamiliar users. The interior space is well designed for large items; however, I was very disappointed that the shelves have a gap at the back which actually reduces the available shelf space and allows small items to drop through. I had not noticed this on this showroom floor and the shelves in our refrigerator at home do not have a gap behind the shelf so I never thought to look. The ice bin in the freezer instead of a dispenser is actually great for the vacation rental use because it is very easy to access larger quantities of ice. If the shelves were full depth, this would have been a perfect refrigerator.

The refrigerator is a sleek modern design. It is beautiful! My one and only complaint is the stainless steel does show fingerprints but I knew that going in. I wipe down my kitchen counters and appliances after every meal anyway, so it isn't a big deal to me. I like a clean house.

Previously had a new Viking with nothing but problems. Finally got a buy back and exchanged for this Jenn-air. Great looking counter depth refrigerator adequate space in refrigerator but limited space in freezer. Seems to be 1 1/2" - 2" taller than most other floor standing refrigerators. Not sure weather this will be a problem in the future installing into standard size kitchen cabinetry. No issues yet.

I had an older model of this and I liked it. this model is terrible. the stainless looks horrid. I can't get it to look decent. I rubbed and rubbed and rubbed for 30 minutes. still looked terrible. the shelves hold very little. way different from older model. Everything falls off the back. no lip on back and a lot of space lost with the gap. the new flat shelves are terrible. they are also too far from the side and the bracket support then sticks in more and affects room below. I can't put my eggs 2 high at the left side because of the location of the support. All of these shelf changes mean WAY less room than the older model.

This fridge looks great sitting there in the kitchen. Clean - without the clutter of an in-door dispenser. The water dispenser inside is fast to fill a glass and very well filtered - and COLD. Filter is lasting a long time with two of us exclusively drinking from it. I can't believe how quiet it is. It really does keep our food fresh longer and doesn't freezer burn food even months into using it. Would recommend this to everyone as a good buy for the money.
